The arduous task of pet medications
Are you faced with the arduous task of getting pet medications into your pet? Are your arms, face, chest and back representing a scratching post personified? There are various chat rooms and forums online in which pet owners alike share their stories of pet medications and the dos and don’ts of the task.
One person asks – why don’t they just make them palatable in the first place. Its not like you can explain to your cat that you know she doesn’t like pet medications and you don’t like having to give it to her but it’s the only way to get better. No, Fluffy only knows you are forcing her to eat the item she isn’t taking voluntarily and she’s going to fight you.
At this point I have come across no proven method to have fluffy be happy about pet medications. Whichever end it’s going in, whatever you roll it in, hide it in, disguise it in, the result remains – unless you are a marketable cat whisperer, its not going to be easy. Still, I suggest you do read the articles and advice and give the suggestions a go, you never know which one may work for you.
