To prove you have a dog, give him a dog collar
There are many places that have a very simple by law, if your dog does not have a dog collar, you don’t own him. He is thought to be a stray and taken to the local shelter. A dog collar helps to prove who owns the dog and if he is picked up, gives the shelter a number to call as long as you keep his ID tag up to date.
A dog collar doesn’t have to be an ugly florescent pink or yellow thing any more. There are many companies who have decided to start making a designer collar for your dog. A collar can now be a statement of your dog’s personality. Be it a solid chain collar or a rhinestone collar, your dog can now start his own fashion statement without having to wear a doggie sweater.
A dog collar is a necessity by law, but it doesn’t have to be an ugly colour. There is no reason why you can’t make your dog look as good as you do. Make sure to keep his ID tags up to date and your dog can have the latest style wrapped around his little doggie neck.
