Dog containment is important for safety reasons

Dog containment is a safety issue for not only the neighbourhood but also for your dog. Many people believe that some dogs may be a risk to the neighbourhood, but what about the neighbourhood being a risk to the dog? Dog containment is the best way to make everyone feel safer.

Dog containment will help keep the next-door neighbour’s kids out of your yard and away from your dog. Sometimes that is the best idea for everyone. Most dogs are very friendly, unfortunately, not all kids are. And dogs don’t have the right to defend themselves from kids without serious repercussions. Depending on the damage that is done to the kid, not the dog, your dog maybe taken from you and “put to sleep”.

Dog containment will help protect your dog as well as the kids. That should help put everyone’s mind at ease. Try to find a system that will not only keep your dog in, but the kids out. That way everyone can feel safe and secure. Especially your dog.
