Dog grooming can be done cheaper at home
Dog grooming can be done in the comfort of your own home. If you have the right tools and the right knowledge, dog grooming can become a wonderful bonding time to spend with your dog. And if you learn how to groom your dog at home, it will be a lot cheaper than taking him to a dog grooming salon.
Nail clippers and sharp scissors, not to mention a good book on the dos and don’ts of dog grooming are all you will really need to get started. No matter what kind of dog you have, they will all need to have their nails trimmed and once in awhile (especially the longhaired dogs) will need to have a mat cut out.
Dog grooming requires that you have a touch of patience and the right tools. If you enjoy getting closer to your dog, then by all means, go out and buy the tools you need. Both you and your dog could learn to love the time and attention that you spend on each other.
